Lina Wood
Principal Podiatrist & Founder
After moving to Wagga for her first job as a podiatrist, Lina met her husband Bill. They travelled and worked overseas and interstate, before moving back to Wagga to start the Active Foot Clinic in 2005.
Ben Hinton
Principal Podiatrist and Co-Owner
Ben has always had a desire to work in the field of health and to help people. He has a keen interest in sports based rehabilitation and thrives on a challenge when presented with a complex biomechanical case. He loves seeing the treatment that he prescribes helping a patient overcome their problem.
Marie Hope
Senior Podiatrist & Shoe Expert
Marie completed a Bachelor of Podiatry at the University of South Australia in 2006 and is passionate about her work, not only does she enjoy being able to work with a wide range of people she also enjoys the challenge of assisting her patients on a daily basis.
Matthew Angel
Senior Podiatrist & Shoe Expert
Matt chose to be a podiatrist as he has a keen interest in health and the human body. He liked the idea of specialising in one area of the body and being an expert in that area. He also loved the idea of being able to help people with their pain and to reduce or resolve that pain quickly.
Ben Paget
Podiatrist & Shoe Expert
Ben started his working life working at an aged care facility doing exercise classes and physio programs. From there, he felt compelled to study podiatry and completed his degree through the University of Newcastle.
Natasha Collins
Podiatrist & Shoe Expert
Always wanting to work in health but unsure of which area, Natasha gained a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Deakin University. Due to her interest in specialising in one part of the body and her own personal experiences of seeing podiatrists she then decided to continue her studies, attaining and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the University of Western Australia.
Sophie Anderson

Sophie is a local Wagga girl, growing up on the family farm between Mangoplah and Cookardinia. She attended CSU in Albury and studied a bachelor of Podiatric Medicine. Sophie says she chose to be a podiatrist “because it is a specialised field of work.
Joe Burgess

Joe has a passion for healthcare, and felt podiatry was a field where he could help people with fast results. Joe says, “Helping people walk or run and remain active has a profound impact on their life.”
Shannan Russell

Shannan always knew she wanted to work in the health industry. After beginning her studies in Health and Rehabilitation Science, Shannan developed a specific interest in podiatry due to its broad scope of practice and transferred across, graduating from CSU Albury with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine (honours).

Ellen is currently undertaking a traineeship with Active Foot Clinic while completing a Business/Administration course through TAFE. She chose to do this after finishing year 12 in 2018 in order to get first-hand experience in the field of podiatry.

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from CSU Albury. After working in Shepparton, she returned to the Albury area and is one of our superstar podiatrists at the Albury clinic. Sarah’s strengths as a podiatrist are the way she listens carefully to patients’ concerns and working through effective plans to get her patients back to their usual daily activity.
Loretta Galvin

Loretta developed an interest in podiatry from a young age, she visited a podiatrist as a child and as a teenager her interest was driven by a keen podiatrist who spoke at her school. From there she studied a Bachelor of Podiatry at Charles Sturt University in Albury and graduated in 2013.
