Transparent Fees
Our fees are transparent, if there is ever a product/service required in addition to your standard appointment fee, your podiatrist will always let you know and seek your approval before proceeding.
Payment
We have a pay on the day policy and accept cash, cheque, debit and credit card payments.
Health Funds & Medicare Rebates
We have Hicaps facilities for fast health fund claims on the spot and Medicare rebates can be directly refunded back onto your debit card.
Lay-by
Yes we have Lay-by for shoe purchases.

DVA Patients Gold Card and White Card Patient Referrals
Gold and White Card holders, please ensure that you have arranged a D904 referral prior to you appointment and please remember to bring it to your appointment.
Workers Compensation Patient Referrals
Please confirm with reception 3 working days prior to your appointment that your insurers written appointment approval has been received by our clinic to avoid private payment.
Please allow 48 hours notice for any appointment changes to avoid our late notice fee.
