As Podiatrists we know how important it is to ensure you comfort and results. All of our podiatrists have additional training in ensuring that you are getting the best from your orthotics.
Our 3D Printed orthotics are designed to be comfy, slim, light weight and move easily between your shoes. They are exclusive to our clinic! We do everything we can to ensure you have the best outcome possible to live an active and healthy life.
The Customised Orthotic Comfort and Symptom Improvement guarantee
Any adjustments, additions, covers or posts added to your orthotics at your appointment are at no additional expense to you within your guarantee period.
If your podiatrist feels you are not progressing as required and decides that you would benefit from a different design a new pair will be made for you at no additional cost to you.
If the remade orthotics have not improved your symptoms, and after a discussion with our Principal Podiatrists we will refund your personal contribution towards the orthotic devices ie. $556 (excluding health fund contributions, appointments and scan fees).
Attendance and payment for recommended review appointments is required to validate your guarantee, as is following footwear advice from your podiatrist.
Guarantee is valid for 3 months from receiving your orthotics (6 months for heel pain). Terms and Conditions apply.
